PolyBLEP correction for step discontinuities.

Takes raw phase and phase increment (both normalized 0-1), handles normalization internally. Returns a correction value to SUBTRACT from the naive waveform.

Arguments

• t - Current phase (0.0 to 1.0, normalized)
• dt - Phase increment per sample (normalized)
